Business Development

Role / Job requirements:
  • Analyze business requirements and manage presales activities.
  • Prepare the collates, other documents.
  • Understanding Target Customer profile and marketing strategy.
  • Information gathering, analyzing and documenting the functional and business requirements.
  • Responsible for requirement gathering and analysis, and suggesting pricing model for the company.
  • Handle multiple RFP (Request for Proposals) and RFI (Request for Information).
  • --- Work in close collaboration with the marketing team, to understand competitor offerings.
    --- Market/Customer research and analysis - Conducting detailed Market/Customer Research & Analysis and determining specific offerings to be provided to the prospective customer.
    --- Interface between offshore technical team and onsite sales team.
  • Information gathering, analyzing and documenting the functional and business requirements.
  • -- Make presentations, solution briefs, case studies to potential customers.
    -- Create demand for revenue opportunities with focus on driving business to close.
    -- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies.
    -- Develop new accounts in specific territory - identify prospective customers' needs and develop innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements. Penetrate these accounts at the highest possible C level executive.
    -- Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of market development and brand building exercise.
    -- Generating Leads using extensive market research, cold calling and working on building relationship with existing clients.
    -- Planning and coordinating email campaigns, Sales Promotional Events.
    -- Pre-Sales activities to support sales.
    -- Preparing case-studies and client references in coordination with the technical leads.
